We selectively take on capital raising mandates for the purpose of raising growth capital, international expansion capital, restructuring capital and acquisition financing.

Valuations & Fairness Opinions
We offer tailored valuation services for the purpose of deciding on best timing of a sale, to determine a potential purchase price and to assess in how far a price can be justified via the stand-alone value, potential synergies and restructuring costs. Financial modelling is of course always an important part of this, incorporating business plan projections, which we can also develop, challenge or refine as part of the mandate. We usually utilise a number of different valuation methods, which depending on the case specific relevance we weigh differently.
